30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Limited & Conditional)

We stand behind the quality of our products. However, returns and refunds are granted only when all conditions below are met.


Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled only before shipment.

Once an order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible. Any shipped order must be received and reviewed under our return policy.


Return Authorization Required (No Exceptions)

All returns must be pre-approved.

Returns sent without prior authorization will be automatically rejected and returned to the sender.

To request authorization, you must contact hello@trycircustep.com within 30 days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Approval is granted at our sole discretion.


Strict Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, all of the following must be true:

  • Item is unused, unworn, and unaltered

  • Item is in original packaging with all components included

  • Product shows no signs of wear, use, odor, or damage

  • Return request is submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery

Items failing inspection will not be refunded.


Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are fully responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • A restocking and inspection fee may apply

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels

Shipping risk remains with the customer until the return is received and inspected.


Inspection & Processing Time

All returned items undergo a quality and hygiene inspection.

Refunds are processed only after inspection approval, which may take up to 7–10 business days after delivery to our facility.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.


Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for the same item and are subject to availability.

If the replacement item is unavailable, store credit may be issued instead of a refund.


Damaged or Defective Items

Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photo evidence.

Claims submitted after 72 hours may be denied.
